Thank you for shopping at Big Chief Retail LLC. We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including opened or used pet food, treats, and chews, for health and safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at deniz.kadir0089@gmail.com or call +1 843-668-1455 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), in which case we will cover return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
